Love Island 2023 FINAL LIVE: Maya Jama prepares to head back to the villa as the countdown begins – which couple will win £50,000?

Kady McDermott shared some glam snaps as she headed to a party for the dumped Islanders to watch who will win the prize!

ITV are hosting a final screening event at the ME hotel in London.

So far Catherine Agbaje and Leah Taylor have also shared snaps getting ready for the event!

The channel took to its Instagram on Monday afternoon to share snaps of the four finalists as the series comes to a close.

Since she took over as the host of Love Island in January, Maya has been lauded by fans, and has become one of the most in-demand presenters on TV.

Back in June, MailOnline took a look at her uphill journey from unknown grafter to multi-millionaire presenter.

While host Maya Jama will be announcing the winner of the Love Island 2023, the remaining couples will also celebrate the end of the series at the villa ball.

Tyrique receives a text which reads: ‘Islanders. Tonight you will attend the Love Island ball but before that boys it’s time to spruce up please get ready to leave the Villa. #LookingSharp #FreshFaced’

The boys head out of the Villa to get ready for the evening ahead.

Lochan asks Tyrique: ‘We’ve obviously got the ball later where we have to open up about our feelings. Are you nervous? Are you excited?’

Tyrique says: ‘I am a little bit nervous but I feel like I’ve got a lot of things I want to say and I just want to deliver it in the right way.’

Back at the Villa, the girls head out to the garden for a spa day. Jess asks the girls: ‘What’s everyone thinking of writing in their declarations?’

Whitney says: ‘You’ll find out when I say it!’

Jess says: ‘Girls, I think I’m going to surprise myself.’

The boys and girls then sit down to pen their declarations of love ahead of tonight’s Love Island ball.

One of the series’ original couples, Ella and Tyrique have overcome ever obstacle imaginable to maintain their love.

Given he’s never been in a relationship, Tyrique was keen to explore options with other girls as and when they entered the villa, leaving Ella questioning his commitments.

These doubts blew back in a huge way when she decided to recouple with Ouzy in Casa Amor, while Ty stayed loyal.

Ella eventually saw the error in her ways and they found their way back to each other, and Ty even uttered those famous three words for the first time on a romantic date on the front steps of the villa.

While Ella and Ty were considered many fans’ pick to win, bookies currently have them at 11/4.

When Zachariah entered the villa as the first bombshell of the series, he quickly caught Molly’s eye and she was lured away from her first partner Mitch.

But she struggled to hang onto her man when Love Island veteran Kady McDermott strutted back into the villa, and decided to steal him.

It was a decision that led to one of the most shocking moments in the show’s history, when Molly was abruptly dumped from the villa.

Zach wasn’t a free man for long, as Molly made an explosive return to the villa during Casa Amor, and reunited with him.

Their relationship hasn’t been without tension, with a in a furious row when Zach kissed Kady TWICE in Snog, Marry Pie.

But despite this, Zach and Molly are still battling it out for the Love Island crown, though they are considered outsiders with odds of 25/1.

Jess and Sammy’s ride hasn’t been easy, with the hunk struggling to show he’s willing to commit, and they were even forced to split when they were voted the last compatible couple by viewers.

While Jess questioned whether he would stay loyal, the hunk kissed both Amber and Gabby in the same night, before opting to reunite with the blonde beauty.

In recent weeks, things have settled down for the couple, and Sammy even asked Jess to be his girlfriend.

Latest odds have them at 4/1 to be crowned winners.

After a short-lived romance with Mehdi Edno, Whitney sparked up a romance with Lochan during Casa Amor and since then their relationship as gone from strength.

They’re currently odds-on to be crowned winners, with Ladbrokes placing them at 1/2.

After eight weeks of romance, tears and turmoil, just four couples remain…
