MANILA, Philippines — Creamline’s new libero Denden Lazaro-Revilla was all business against her former team Choco Mucho, staying focused on their goal to boost their semifinal bid in the 2024 PVL All-Filipino Conference.
Revilla’s floor defense was on point with 17 excellent receptions out of 25 attempts as Creamline asserted its mastery of sister team Choco Mucho, 25-17, 25-22, 25-19, on Thursday evening in front of in front of 17,396 fans at Smart Araneta Coliseum.
“In a way, it feels weird because it’s kinda fresh. Ilang months pa lang kami with Creamline. When we’re inside the court, it’s all business. Outside, we’re happy for one another,” said Revilla, who played for Choco Mucho in the past three seasons before transferring to Creamline this year.
